个人简介:

教授,博士生导师,安徽省教学名师,现任物理学院副院长,教育部大学物理教学指导委员会华东工作委员会委员,学院学位评定分委员会委员,学院教学指导与督导委员会委员,安徽省物理学会理事。2008年8月获中国科学技术大学原子与分子物理博士学位,同年到合肥工业大学工作,其间于2012年至2015年到中国科学技术大学从事博士后研究,2018年9月至2019年9月到美国内布拉斯加州立大学林肯分校从事访问学者工作。

教学研究:

主讲大学物理、量子力学、高等量子力学、现代物理实验、学科前沿等课程,先后主持省级课程思政示范课程等教学研究项目3项,教育部产学研协同育人项目3项

科学研究:

聚焦低维半导体材料及其器件中的关键科学问题,包括:

多功能低维半导体材料设计

半导体/金属界面肖特基势垒调控

子-自旋-声子耦合调控光生载流子转移动力学

新结构电子和自旋器件模拟

近五年主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金理论物理专项、国家重点研发子任务、安徽省重点研发子任务、国家重点实验室开发课题和安徽省自然科学基金等项目7项;在Nano Lett., Adv. Funct. Mater.,Phys. Rev. B和Appl. Phys. Lett.等学术期刊发表研究论文80余篇,被SCI 检索引用2600余次,4篇入选ESI前1%高被引论文。

获奖荣誉

    安徽省教学名师,省级教学成果奖一等奖(排名第一)省级教学创新团队(负责人),教学创新大赛校级一等奖、省级三等奖(排名第一),校级优秀共产党员、优秀党务工作者、优秀考核个人,校级教书育人奖等。

招生与人才培养:

团队每年计划招收博士研究生2-3名,硕士研究生10-15名;已毕业研究生在台积电、中芯国际、长鑫存储、力芯微电子、积塔半导体、中兴通讯和豪威科技等半导体公司就职;每年接收5-8本科生依托课题开展大学生创新创业训练计划和毕业设计等工作。
