  目前的研究专注于基于新型材料的各种器件的制造,物理研究和可能的工业应用研究。这些新型材料包括各种二维材料和薄膜材料。应用这些新型材料,研究各种自旋电子器件,拓扑电子器件,和低能高速电子器件。
